Communication do's and don'ts



DO’S
DON’TS
Good eye contact
Mumble
Speak loud and clear
speak to quickly or fidget
Use appropriate language
have inappropriate/ bad resources
Get the audience involved
Read it word for word of your PowerPoint
Relevant pictures
Have long pauses
Check your grammar
Go off topic or turn your back to the audience
Be prepared
Speak to the ground/ sky
