Table tennis is an aerobic sport and needs bursts of energy they need a lot of carbohydrate to supply the energy required for this sport. Because the body can only store a limited amout of enrgy sports people including Table Tennis players need to eat carbohydrates everyday, and again like every other sports person they need to stay hydrated.
