Agent representation

Agent representation is what people like actors and musicians have to help them get jobs and works out their work schedules. Agent are there to help get their clients jobs for example using their contacts to get them jobs, interviews and auditions. Agent representation affects writers in many different ways. The first being the agents of the writers help them get jobs and get their books published or scripts picked up by a production company. This is an advantage to the writers, the second is the agents of the actors and actresses their job once they have been cast is to make sure both actor and producer/writer stick to their contract and if not pull the actors from production and cause problems for the production and delay filming.  For example if the production or filming doesn’t follow the contract and for example the actor has to do a nude scene after signing a contract that says they were not going to their agent can pull them from the production and maybe even sew them for breach of contract which can cause the company for a lot of money and cause a lot of problems and waste time. They also help the writers get the best price for their script or book and the most promise at a high selling total.
