Copyrights are in place to stop people from stealing your work and passing it off as their own. For example you write a script or use a video you have created. O stop your work from being stolen and put copyrights on it you can do a few simple things. Firstly you can email your video or script to yourself or you can mail it to yourself this form of copyrighting is only valid if the envelope is not opened and the seal is not broken. Also it you write your name at the bottom of you work and put a “c” in a circle your work is automatically puts copyrights on your work it also scares people and stops them stealing it. If someone does steal your work and is caught they can get sewed for a lo of money and other legal action can be taken.
